Returns & Exchanges

At Allparts Music, we want to ensure you have the right components for your build; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned parts must be in their original, unopened packaging and in brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused parts in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA confirmation form.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label and send the package via a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned components for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
